Dr. Gokul Dev A is a distinguished medical practitioner, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine based in Mananthavady. He has previously held significant positions within the Kerala Government Health Services as a Civil Surgeon and Consultant in Medicine.

Beyond his extensive medical contributions, Dr. Gokul Dev is a committed social and political activist. He is an active District Committee Member of Pu. Ka. Sa. (Progressive Arts & Literary Organisation), demonstrating his engagement with arts and literature for social progress. He is also a Patron and former President of Spandanam, a social solidarity collective.

പ്രഗത്ഭനായ ഡോക്ടർ. മാനന്തവാടിയിൽ ഇന്റേണൽ മെഡിസിനിൽ സീനിയർ കൺസൾട്ടന്റായി സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്നു. കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ആരോഗ്യ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ സിവിൽ സർജനായും മെഡിസിൻ കൺസൾട്ടന്റായും മുമ്പ് പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു. 

സാമൂഹിക പുരോഗതിക്കായി കലയിലും സാഹിത്യത്തിലും ഡോ. ഗോകുൽ ദേവ് തന്റെ ഇടപെടലുകൾ നടത്തുന്നു. പുരോഗമന കലാസാഹിത്യ സംഘത്തിന്റെ (പു.ക.സ.) ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗമാണ്.  സാമൂഹിക ഐക്യദാർഢ്യ കൂട്ടായ്മയായ ‘സ്പന്ദന’ത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷാധികാരിയും മുൻ പ്രസിഡന്റും കൂടിയാണ് അദ്ദേഹം.
