Ajit Isaac
Entrepreneur, philanthropist, visionary.
Ajit Isaac is the founder and chairman of Quess Corp, India’s leading business
service provider and a global leader in workforce management solutions employing
over 600,000 people across 9 countries. Isaac founded Quess Corp in 2007, building
on nearly 15 years of experience in corporate roles within the human resources
industry and his success in founding Peopleone Consulting, which was subsequently
acquired by Adecco. He is credited with being one of the pioneers of temporary
staffing in India. Isaac’s contribution has been widely recognised – he has been
awarded the Global Workforce Icon at News9 Global Summit 2024 held in Stuttgart,
Germany; he is a nominee of the India Forbes Leadership Award and voted as the
finalist in the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Besides being a successful entrepreneur, Isaac is a philanthropist at heart who
strongly believes in the idea of giving back to society. His commitment to contribute
to the welfare of people led to the creation of the Care Works Foundation, which
focuses on providing education to underprivileged children and now serves as the
CSR arm of Quess (Quess Foundation). In addition, he supports various causes
through the Ajit Isaac Foundation, a personal philanthropic organisation dedicated to
initiatives in healthcare, livelihoods, and creating opportunities.
Isaac holds a master’s degree from Madras University and is a British Chevening
Scholar from the University of Leeds, UK. He is a distinguished founder trustee of
Ashoka University and also serves on the Board of Governors at St. Joseph’s
University in Bengaluru.
