Santwana Bhattacharya is an accomplished journalist and the Editor of The New Indian Express (TNIE) Group, a multi-edition flagship brand with 30 editions across southern India, Odisha and Delhi. With over three decades of experience in journalism, she has developed a strong expertise in covering politics, policy, elections, and parliamentary affairs. Her extensive experience encompasses a wide range of journalistic endeavors, from reporting to writing columns and editorials.

She was the Resident Editor of TNIE Bangalore, Karnataka, before shifting back to Delhi to take over as the Editor of the group. She has traveled extensively to cover politics, political economy, and elections, exploring their impact on the life of a nation.
