Amalda Liz is a model, television anchor and actress who came into the limelight with the
Malayalam film Kammatti Paadam in 2016.

Born in Wayanad, Liz is also a trained classical dancer, specialised in Bharatanatyam. She
started her career with modelling, by participating in the Miss Kerala 2009 beauty pageant,
while still in the third year of her engineering degree.She reached the final of the contest and
won the Miss Beautiful Hair award. Amalda was a top contender for South Indian Model
Hunt 2010, where she was crowned Miss Confident Face.

Her films include 9 (2019), Under World (2019), Trance (2020), C U Soon (2020), and most
recently Ottu (2022).

മോഡൽ ഹണ്ടിൽ മിസ് കോൺഫിഡന്റ് ഹണ്ട് ആയി തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു.
കൈരളി ചാനലിൽ അവതാരികയായിരുന്നു.

രാജീവ് രവി സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ‘കമ്മട്ടിപ്പാടം’ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെയാണ് അഭിനയ രംഗത്തേക്ക് എത്തുന്നത്. ചിത്രത്തിൽ റോസമ്മ എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തെയാണ് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. 9 , അണ്ടർ വേൾഡ്‌, സി യു സൂൺ, ട്രാൻസ്, ഒറ്റ് തുടങ്ങിയവയാണ് മറ്റ് സിനിമകൾ. വയനാട് സ്വദേശിയാണ്‌.
